Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of your personal data and TikTok account data from AI Cockpit.

AI Cockpit is committed to protecting your privacy. If you have connected your TikTok account to our platform and wish to have your data permanently deleted, please submit the form below or email us directly.

What Data We Delete

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove:

Your TikTok account credentials and OAuth access tokens
Shop data cached on our servers (product listings, inventory snapshots)
All operation logs associated with your account
Any video files temporarily stored during the upload process
User preferences and platform settings

How to Revoke TikTok Authorization

To immediately stop AI Cockpit from accessing your TikTok account, revoke authorization directly in TikTok:

Open TikTok → Settings → Security → Authorized Apps
Find "AI Cockpit" and tap Revoke Access

Revoking access stops all API operations immediately. Submit this form to additionally delete stored data from our servers.

Submit a Deletion Request

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.

Processing Timeline

Request received

We confirm receipt within 2 business days.

Identity verified

We verify your ownership of the TikTok account.

Data deleted

All requested data is permanently removed from our servers.

Confirmation sent

We send a deletion confirmation email within 30 days of your request.
