AI Cockpit operates as a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) and integrates with TikTok APIs under TikTok's developer program. By connecting your TikTok account, you:
You must not connect TikTok accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
You agree to use AI Cockpit only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and TikTok policies. Permitted uses include managing your own TikTok Shop operations, publishing original or licensed product content, and automating repetitive shop management tasks with your authorization.
You must not use AI Cockpit to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and reporting to TikTok.
You are solely responsible for all content published through your connected TikTok accounts, including video files, product descriptions, and promotional materials. AI Cockpit acts as a technical intermediary; we do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content. You warrant that all content you publish complies with applicable laws and TikTok's policies.
AI Cockpit and its underlying technology, design, and software are the intellectual property of Xnrido（新锐度）. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You retain all rights to content you create and publish through the platform.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AI Cockpit, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of AI Cockpit but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, including missed publication schedules or API downtime caused by TikTok's systems.
AI Cockpit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xnrido（新锐度） shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or account suspension by TikTok.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xnrido（新锐度） and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of AI Cockpit, your content, or your violation of these Terms or TikTok's policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AI Cockpit at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by revoking TikTok API authorization and contacting us at support@aicockpit.io.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of AI Cockpit after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
