AI Cockpit ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Xnrido（新锐度）, an authorized TikTok Shop Partner (TSP). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our AI-powered TikTok shop management platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide our services:

• TikTok Account Data: Shop information, product listings, inventory data, and video content metadata obtained through TikTok Shop API and TikTok Content API, with your explicit authorization.
• Operational Data: Video upload records, product edit history, publish schedules, and cart-link associations generated through platform use.
• Usage Data: Log data including timestamps, actions performed, and API call records for auditing and troubleshooting purposes.
• User-Provided Content: Product images, video files, and text inputs you submit when using the Clone & Publish features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Executing shop management operations (product edits, inventory updates, video publishing) on your behalf via TikTok APIs
• Generating AI-powered video content using your product images and reference materials
• Displaying real-time shop data and operational status within the AI Cockpit dashboard
• Maintaining operation logs for accountability and error recovery
• Improving platform performance and AI model accuracy

3. TikTok API Data Usage

AI Cockpit integrates with the following TikTok APIs under the TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) program:

• TikTok Shop API: Used to read and update product information, inventory, and pricing with your authorization.
• TikTok Content API: Used to upload videos and associate products (cart links) on your authorized TikTok accounts.

All API access requires your explicit OAuth 2.0 authorization. We never access your TikTok data without your consent. You may revoke authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your TikTok data with any third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., AI video generation providers under strict data processing agreements).

4. Data Storage and Security

• All API credentials and access tokens are stored exclusively on our private VPS server and are never exposed to the frontend or third parties.
• Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• Operation logs are retained for 180 days and then automatically deleted.
• We do not store original TikTok video content beyond what is necessary for the upload process.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With AI service providers (e.g., Anthropic Claude API) solely to process your natural language instructions — no shop data is retained by these providers.
• With video generation services strictly for producing your requested content.
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about your account and operations
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Revoke TikTok API authorization through TikTok's platform settings
• Export your operation logs upon request

7. Cookies

AI Cockpit does not use tracking cookies. We use only essential session tokens required for authentication, which are cleared when you log out.

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for business users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of AI Cockpit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
