Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to AI Cockpit, operated by Shenzhen LanYuanJie Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳蓝元界科技有限公司, "LanYuanJie", "we").

1. Scope and lawful basis

We process necessary information to create accounts, perform the services you choose, protect security and comply with legal obligations. Read and confirm this Policy before registration. A default sign-in selection is not blanket authorization for all data processing. Optional features, marketing and processing requiring separate consent need the corresponding notice and consent.

2. Information processed

• Account and verification: email, password hash, optional name and invitation code, email-code verification records. New registrations save the submitted Terms and Privacy Policy versions and the server-recorded acceptance time.
• Purchases and usage: subscription and support activation records, recharge amounts and necessary payment evidence, diamond balances and transactions, task counts and costs. Support currently verifies payments manually; registration does not collect card details.
• Business content: instructions, conversation context, uploaded images and videos, outputs, analysis reports, tasks and approval actions needed to deliver requests, display results and troubleshoot. We may retain tasks, materials, outputs and necessary context for these purposes.
• Connections: authorized platform accounts, shops, access tokens and optional API keys. Connected features may process products, stock, orders and performance statistics.
• Security and devices: sessions, IP addresses, browser information, request status, timestamps and language preferences for authentication, abuse prevention, audit and troubleshooting.

Do not submit unnecessary third-party personal information, sensitive information or credentials in content. Ensure you have authority to upload business data.

3. Purposes

We use information for email verification and account security, authorized tasks, content and analysis, purchase verification and support, usage and billing, dispute handling and necessary service notices. Service notices do not automatically enroll you in marketing. Additional uses need an appropriate lawful basis.

4. Third-party services

Depending on the feature and configuration, necessary information may be processed by the services below. Registration does not send all information to all providers.

We do not sell personal information or train our own general-purpose models on non-public shop data, inputs or outputs. Third parties have applicable terms and processing arrangements. Where specific recipient disclosures or separate notice and consent are legally required, complete them before the processing; this list does not replace them.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and business data are retained as needed to provide services. Sessions normally last up to 30 days from issuance; email codes are valid for 5 minutes, while anti-abuse verification records may remain longer. Content, materials, usage, transaction and agreement records are retained for necessary service, dispute and legal purposes, with deletion or anonymization after the applicable retention period.

Request deletion through the deletion page or email. After verifying identity, we delete or anonymize information no longer needed. Legally required transaction, security or dispute records are limited to necessary storage and protection, with an explanation. Data that cannot immediately be removed from backups is restricted from other use and removed through backup rotation. Revoked authorization is not used for new actions; records needed for law or completed transactions are handled separately.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use aicockpit_session for authentication, aicockpit_csrf for request protection, and local storage for language, necessary interface state and account display information. Sign out or clear browser data to remove local state; blocking essential cookies may prevent authentication or actions. Registration confirmation does not include unconfirmed advertising tracking.

7. Your rights and contact

As provided by applicable law, you may access, copy, correct or delete information, close an account, restrict processing or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Missing necessary information may prevent the dependent feature. Email admin@aicockpit.io; we respond within 30 days or a shorter statutory deadline. If declining a request, we explain the basis and available remedies.

8. Mainland China and separate consent

Applicable personal information laws govern mainland China users. Changes to consent-based purposes, methods or data categories require renewed notice and consent. Disclosures to other personal information processors, sensitive information processing and overseas transfers requiring separate consent cannot be bundled into a blanket registration checkbox.

9. Other jurisdictions

Where EEA or UK rules apply, account and paid-service delivery primarily rely on contract, security and abuse prevention on legitimate interests where applicable, and optional processing on consent where required. Where California rules apply, you may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion and choice rights. We do not sell personal information or discriminate for exercising statutory rights. You may complain to the competent regulator. Use the privacy contact in Section 7.

10. Storage and international processing

The operator is in Shenzhen, China. Some servers are hosted in the United States, and model, email or publishing providers may process necessary data abroad. Applicable transfer notices should identify recipients, locations, purposes, data and rights channels, with required safeguards and consent completed under law. This Policy or a default selection does not replace those procedures.

11. Minors

The Service is intended for operators and authorized personnel aged 18 or older. If information is mistakenly collected from someone below this age, we will verify and delete it or take other legally required measures.

12. Security

We use password hashing, access controls, necessary credential protection, request validation and security auditing. The official HTTPS service protects data in transit. Measures cannot eliminate every risk. We take remedial action and provide legally required notices after a personal information security incident.

13. Versions and change notices

This revision covers registration agreement records, subscriptions and diamonds, email verification and third-party publishing, and corrects earlier statements about content retention and future charging. The page identifies its version and update date. Existing users receive prominent in-service or registered-email notice of material changes at least 30 days beforehand, explaining changes, applicability and feedback. Earlier notice or renewed consent required by law is obtained before the relevant processing.

Continued use, default selections or silence do not replace legally required renewed consent. You may decline additional processing or contact us; purchased services are settled under the Terms. Legally required immediate measures follow the law with timely explanation.
